I have 5 systems and all with the same configuration and same applications installed but only on one system I am having problem with Multiscatter.

This error come after this status of max 2012

And the error is this

Hi, do you try reinstall the plugin?? maybe some has corrupted.

Yes I have re installed it many times even I have formatted my system almost 20 time for this Plugin..........

this is because max does not support vista
nor does it support DirectX 10
refer to Max's system requirements.

disable/rename/delete DxDDS.bmi to get rid of the error
