I have tested it on two systems, autorization is fine on both for the first time, no problems at all.
Make sure that you:

1. Turn of UAC
2. Run max and keygen as admin
3. Make sure that you copy/paste all letters in request code and auth code so you don't miss out any chars
4. If it doesn't work first time, try again, and make sure to restart max

I ran on win xp64bit sys....so no UAC, I already in admin....I already try restart....firing it up again many times , but no luck......
