Is this KEYGEN for adobe premeir 64x and after effect 64x or just adobe 32x ???!!

I install another KEYGEN it work good after one day did not work with me I dont no whay maybe because I connect internet ( If I connect Internet dose premeir and aftereffect work or no if no how can premeir and after effect work???? after all thing I do ???? )

I delet this 2 programe and I reinstall and same problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! help me please!!!!

I havn't had any of the august - Photoshop cs5 serial problems, but i noticed the "updated" Keygen has Release Date..: DEC 14TH 2010 in the above NFO.
Any idea if this is updated or indeed released nearly a year ago.
